Servicentre Systems (Cambs) Ltd Manufacturing Guarantee/Conditions and Limitations of Guarantee

Hereby guarantees that any part of the exhaust system, supplied by us and specified on the invoice, which fails to perform due to faulty manufacture or defective materials. or as a result of corrosion will, at our descretion, either be repaired or replaced free of charge for so long as the vehicle herin noted remains within the specified guarantee period stated and is the legal property of the original purchaser. Any replacement parts supplied by us are automatically covered by the guarantee. the purchaser's statutory rights are not affected by the guarantee.

  1. In the unlikely event of a claim being made, the invoice MUST be produced.
  2. Any system or part system, subject to a claim under the terms of the warranty, shall be delivered to us promptly, CARRIAGE PAID.
  3. Engine mountings, exhaust clamps and hangers should be inspected periodically. Any damage caused to the exhaust system by failure of any of these parts is specifically excluded from this warranty. These items, if repair is required, are to be paid for by the purchaser.
  4. In the event of a failure of any part of the system, the following exclusions will prevail:
    1. Misuse, accidental damage, worn or faulty engine mountings, broken clamps or hangers, excessive vibrations, internal explosion or backfire
    2. Incorrect fitting (e.g. wrong vehicle application), non-standard use, e.g. racing/rallying, unless specifically manufactured for that purpose.
  5. Corrective work where one or more of the preceding limitations apply, to be borne by the purchaser. Where any valid claim is submitted, replacement will be effected free of charge (excluding carriage charges).
  6. In the event of any claim being made, SERVICENTRE SYSTEMS (CAMBS) LTD MANUFACTURING'S limit of liability will extend to the original cost price of the system. No consequential losses will be entertained.
  7. The company policy is one of continued development and improvement, as such, all exhaust systems may be amended or modified in terms of design or material content without prior notice.
